Ingredients for Dry Fruit Ice Cream:
Milk - 2 kg
Mawa - 250 grams
Sugar - 200 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 3 tbsp
Saffron - 12-14
How to make Dry Fruit Ice Cream:
First of all, filter the milk in a vessel and heat it. Boil the milk very well and keep heating it on medium flame for half an hour. Boil the milk till it thickens.
Add mawa to this milk and cook it on medium flame and keep stirring it continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot. Boil for at least 15 minutes.
Then you add sugar to it and keep stirring it with the help of a spoon till the sugar mixes. Now add milk powder to it. Blend it with the help of a blender. If you want to buy saffron online then its market price of 1 gram is Rs 450, but you can buy it from here for Rs 199 .
Now add cashew nuts, raisins, almonds and some saffron leaves and switch off the gas. Put it in an air tight container with a lid and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. If you want to buy raisins online sitting at home, then the market price of a packet of 200 grams is Rs 130, but you can buy it from here for Rs 95 .
After 2 hours take it out and blend it again. Put the lid on again and keep it in the fridge to set for 5-6 hours.
