Education Qualification :
- District Fire Officer / Divisional Fire Officer :
- Graduate of a recognized University.
- CCC Pass
- Passed the course of Divisional Fire Officer of National Fire Service College, Nagpur
- Must have a valid license to operate a heavy motor vehicle.
- Experience : Must have a total of four years of experience as a Fire Officer / Station Officer / Sub-Officer or equivalent in the Fire Services.
- Age Limit : Not More than 45 years.
Station Fire Officer :
- Graduate of a recognized University.
- CCC Pass
- First choice of National Fire Service College, Nagpur Station Officer and Intractor course pass or Sub Fire Officer course pass from National Fire Academy (AIILSG), Vadodara or National Fire Service College Nagpur
- Must have a valid license to operate a heavy motor vehicle.
- Experience : Must have a total of three years of experience in a sub-officer or equivalent position in the fire services.
- Age Limit : Not More than 35 years.

For all the above posts, along with the application, the non-reserved class applicant has to send a demand draft of Rs.500 / – in the name of the Chief Officer, Municipality.
- Diploma or Degree Engineering in Electronic and Communication Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Electronic Engineering with Radio Communication.
- CCC Pass.
- Must have a valid license to operate a light motor vehicle.
- Experience : Three years experience in work related to wireless telecommunication equipment, mobile tower in government, semi-government or private organization
- Age Limit : Not More than 35 years.
Leading Fireman :
- Secondary School Certificate Examination SSC (Std. 10) or its equivalent must have the educational qualification approved by the government to be appointed in selection through direct recruitment.
- Must have GCVT / NCVT pass from National Fire Academy, (AIILSG), Vadodara or Gujarat Government recognized ITI Fireman / Fire Technology and Industrial Management or equivalent course from Government recognized institute.
- Must have a light motor vehicle license.
- Swimming knowledge is required.
- Experience : Must have a total of 05 (five) years of experience as a fireman or equivalent in government, semi-government or private fire services.
- Age Limit : Not More than 35 years.
- Secondary School Certificate Examination SSC (Std. 10) or its equivalent must have government approved educational qualification for direct selection through direct recruitment.
- Must have GCVT / NCVT pass from National Fire Academy, (AIILSG), Vadodara or Gujarat Government recognized ITI Fireman / Fire Technology and Industrial Management or equivalent course from Government recognized institute.
- Heavy motor vehicle license should be mandatory.
- Swimming knowledge is required. (Not applicable to employees on duty at the municipality.)
- Experience : Must have one year of operation experience as a fireman or driver cum pump operator in fire services or two years experience of driving a heavy motor vehicle elsewhere.
- Age Limit : Not More than 35 years.
- Secondary School Certificate Examination SSC (Std. 10) or its equivalent must have the educational qualification approved by the government to be appointed in selection through direct recruitment.

- Experience : Must have one year of total job experience in a fireman or equivalent position in the fire services
- Age Limit : Not More Than 35 years.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science (Mathematics / Statistics) or Bachelor of Arts (Statistics / Economics / Mathematics) from a recognized University / Institution for direct selection through direct recruitment Should.
- Basic knowledge of computer and CCC. Must have certificate / marksheet of any training institute of exam pass.
- The qualification to have a computer as a subject should be certificates obtained from a government recognized university or institution. OR
- Must have certificates of passing Std-10 and Std-12 examinations with computer subject. Even if the candidate does not have such certificate at the stage of application, application can be made but the candidate has to present such certificate before getting appointment, otherwise such candidate is appointed. Must be passed during the probationary period after receipt.
- Data entry work in English and Gujarati should have an accuracy of not less than 5 kHz per hour.
- Must have general knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi or both languages.
- Age Limit : Not More than 28 Years.
- Must be a graduate from a recognized university or its equivalent government approved educational qualification for direct selection by direct recruitment.
