Out of 2.5 lakh students who get mass promotion, about the 1.5 lakh students have to repay the examination fee of Rs. 15 crore. There has been a demand for the refund of fees but no report has been made by the government so far.
For board examination, Rs. 5 fee is paid from the standard 10 students out of which Rs. 10 is septal in the school and Rs. 8 is place in the board. Fees are not charged for the disabled students and all female students. As many as four and a half lakh students have paid the examination fee, eliminate 80 per cent of these students.
